N1213W final assembly and first flight
May 1997 - First complete assembly of aircraft in driveway. Plane is still in unsanded primer and spray-lat
still covers the canopy.
In the neighbor's driveway where it was a bit more level for doing an initial W&B. Lesson
learned: When you lift under the spar, the plane tips over on it's nose. Good thing the prop
was parallel to the ground.

Spring of 1998 - EAA Chapter 691 was hosting Aluminum Overcast, so I brought the KR over for a photo op.
